I'm the main POC for our largest client in India in FMCG, and it's our 4th year without a challenge. I'm one step below CXos of the company and two others are in the same level as me. We have a couple of junior execs. I make 53.8k per month now, I wanted to know if I'm getting underpaid or this is the best salary I can expect elsewhere in the region.

Should I be concerned about abusing adderell? I was depressed/lacking motivation and needed to get some deals done and my hours up ASAP. Any tips on how to deal with this…my entire team was let go today (was 5, now just me). We functioned as the Marketing team for 4 brands and primarily focused on product launches and sustaining social media content. My plan moving forward is to only focus on the top revenue driving product launches for now and say “no” to basically everything else. hey, I joined Deloitte in June 2020 as an GPS SA analyst, I just staffed on internal project only providing me adjusted utilization. Now my standard util is 40 and my adjusted is 105... and this project last in another month... by then my standard util might be 20.. will my promotion be affected by this? My target promotion year on TOD is 2022. My manager said we might sell to client and extend this project in September but nothing guaranteed.
