My company is preparing me to step into the role of Controller, and they recently mentioned a starting salary of $95k. This feels low given the scope of the responsibilities. I know location, industry, and company size matter, but does $95k make sense for a Controller title these days?

Hi Everyone. I completed my 1 year in EY in October 2022. And in my profile, they have updated it to Senior Analyst now. But that was a progression that happens every year and I have not received the incremented salary.

Now that they are giving increments to everyone, will I receive both progression and increment or my progression will be counted as increment.

I am a career changer on mo 4 of a 6 mo sourcer/researcher contract that I’m not sure will be renewed due to team re-organizing.
