My CTC is 25 with 6YOE. My appraisal is scheduled for May. I am getting offer of 32.5 which is 30% hike. Is it good offer or should I consider my appraisal?

Follow up post to my last post…My husband was laid off from the company where I also work. I am feeling really isolated / depressed about working and moving forward. I’m also getting to a stage where I’m really sad that people haven’t reached out to either my husband or myself to send well wishes or provide support.
