Now it’s contracts and reinvention. Trying to pivot away from agency work and think about the next decade. It’s not easy to reinvent but it was inevitable. Agency shelf life is limited and life after agency world requires imagination

How general/specific are the skills for healthcare consulting. Recently got an offer for healthcare operations but not 100% certain yet if healthcare is the industry I would want to stay in and want to see how transferable the skills are and how employers look at you after 2-4 years in healthcare consulting. Looking for advice. Based in the Bay Area and have 3.5 yr exp in IT Audit mostly SOX with a little SOC exp (ex big 4, couple of regionals) and have been applying to industry (mostly tech companies) since May. made it to final interviews only to find out hiring freezes were in effect or they went with a LCOL candidate.Would like to exit to a GRC role or a mixed role thats 50% sox, 50% varied projects, or a SOX role if the team culture is good. No luck getting in non sox work at current firm.

One of my friends works as a Director in Nagarro. She has been there for 7 years and has a CTC of 42 with total yoe 17. Per current trend this is low even though she is a constant top performer. She says that even though delivery people play a pivotal role, they are not paid well. In her team, she sees technical people earning 45-50 at 10-11 yoe. So the factor is 2.5 for delivery vs 4.5 to 5 for technical roles. Per her, this is quite common in Nagarro & she is not an outlier. ctd in comments
