Anyone have any ideas of the salary ranges in risk advisory at a director level at BDO? I saw a job post for a position in a new practice area and it looks like the position would be tasked with building out a team. Also would be grateful for insight into BDO’s work culture / work-life balance.

Technology-Microsoft Dynamics 365(I am a functional consultant in SCM and HR; Relevant exp: 3 yrs & Total exp: 4 yrs).
My interviews in IBM are done and I am waiting for the salary discussion with HR.
What is the likely offer that I am going to get? Any idea? (My expectation is 16.5 lpa ctc). I will adjust my expectations as per replies here.
Any response is highly appreciated :)

Looking to do a secondment in London but my understanding is that my home office will pay me at my current salary. Wondering if it’s worth it given the cost of living.
Are you based in the US? If so, your salary will likely be much higher than your UK colleagues'.
I’m based out of Canada
Still probably higher if you keep your Canadian salary. Cost of living in London is surprisingly cheap when you compare it to NYC, Hong Kong etc and your firm should help you with moving costs etc
