My friend who received his Doctorate in physical therapy in 2015 elected to work as a veterinary physical therapist recently. He has been expressing turf war like scenario between his job, the vet tech’s job and veterinarian’s job since being hired. He has been written up for ridiculous things like not video taping a dog during service which is supposed to be the vet tech’s job.

I think he should ask for record of his job description to protect his position.

Funny how lawyers will spend thousands on seminars to improve trial skills. But this topic is not discussed in our profession. I have read books in sales. But am unable to find any for lawyers.
