My joining is 21st of july , today is 15th , no update , no calls from hr ignored all my sent email , whats app messages , linkedIn message , i'm just left with a mail which says your Offer is now UNCONDITIONAL and workday status of "READY TO JOIN" . kindly tell me what should i do now ?

I have been interviewing with OW for about 5 months. Started interviews in late December, finished in March and now waiting on an offer. They said they were going to extend but it’s been weeks where they are “finishing up there offer”. Any insights into what’s going on? I’ve let them know I have a competing offer and they all but ghosted me.

What software companies have offices (HQ or remote offices) in San Diego area?

All the reimbursement and other stuff which goes to partner for approval , does partner actually sits and review all those and approves it or does he have any secretary or assistant to approve all that.

Currently 4 expenses(1 internet, 2 Cab, 1 Flight) which are awaiting partners approval and I am really concerned if he's gonna come shouting at me 😂
