My LWD has passed and I've an offer from CTS & SAP Labs of the same fixed compensation. But SAP Labs is offering additional non cash benefits and more variable pay. Cognizant is ready to hire me ASAP, but SAP labs gave the joining date much later exactly after 3 weeks.

Is it worth waiting for SAP Labs. Pls suggest.
