My mid-sized company hired me to “figure out the creative department.” I’ve doubled our creative staff and reorganized the department. Now what? Any advice?

Hi Guys,I joined Cognizant as a BA.One client took interview for RPA Project.I was pretty happy it's a new tech but into the project the onsite BA's r doing all the work n m just creating documentation.I am really frustrated.I picked cognizant of many good offers.They r spoiling my career.What shud I do? What is the difference between operations and project management?

As an operations manager I manage budgets/billing process for a portfolio of clients within my agency. My role is partially “risk management” and without being able to refer to a specific figure, I KNOW I have saved the company from write-offs and other financial/client risk. Is there anyone who does a similar role that has implemented a way of tracking “dollars saved” or “would-be write-offs”? I’m trying to quantify/apply value to the work I do in plain dollars and cents.
