My personal laptop i set one of the drive bitlocker password now after a year i forgot the password and recovery key aswell of the drive, how i can disable this bitlocker or to get unlocked what to do. please suggest thanks..

When I am looking at an email attachment in Outlook it shows the Google Chrome logo but when I open, it opens in Adobe which is what I want. Even though it is opening an Adobe, my boss would like it to show the Adobe icon instead of chrome next to the attachment… anyone know how to do this ?
