My total experience is close to 4 years (2 years outside PwC and different domain) and my current CTC is just over 9 LPA working as A2. I got a master's degree in my field.

Should I be SA or not?

If not SA, should I be at least compensated more?

If yes, how much more?

P.S. I'm in tech consulting and I am a consistent performer meeting expectations and going beyond. In 2024, I got T2 - 15 & 5 percent.

I got an offer from Pwc IAC, HR confirmed over mail that this is a permanent work from home position. But not mentioned in the offer letter.

I got an email confirmation from HR, which simply says "you can work anywhere from India".
