Should I be SA or not?

If not SA, should I be at least compensated more?

If yes, how much more?

P.S. I'm in tech consulting and I am a consistent performer meeting expectations and going beyond. In 2024, I got T2 - 15 & 5 percent.

What is the impact on rating and overall, if I have got all snapshots good but for one snapshot its like at level for 4 parameters and 1 parameter partially demonstrated at level and have got a development action on that.
