Yes, my TSH has been all over the place during few retrievals - from 0.5- 5.5. A week Before transfer it was closer to 4, I wanted to cancel, doctor insisted on moving forward with FET. they did blood work on a transfer day (was above 3, don’t remember exact number ). FET was successful. During pregnancy I was on Tirosint (112), levels were super steady, not once we had to change the dose. Synthroid never worked for me, always made it worse.

Thanks for the insights. Do you remember when you were put on Tirosint, at what point during pregnancy?
My clinic wanted me at or under 2.5 and ideally under 2 before proceeding with a transfer (eggs had been retrieved a couple years before). We got it under 2 with a pretty high dose of synthroid that I continued all through my pregnancy. My TSH is back up to 3.6 now, 6 months postpartum, as my dosage was lowered at my 6 week postpartum OB appointment. I’m exhausted and my PCP just upped my dosage to somewhere between the two levels.
How do you feel, OP? At 3.5 I’m chronically exhausted. I feel best in the high 1s or low 2s. I am fortunate to have a PCP who doesn’t just say I’m within range and call it a day. She wants me to feel my best. I would advocate for that if I were you.

Interesting insights, didn't know that TSH can be linked to energy levels. Luckily I feel great. I am just concerned given that most RE's want TSH to be under 2.5. Also worried that a level of 3.5 doesn't leave much wiggle room should I get pregnant (read that it needs to be under 4.0).
