Hello! I’m currently a senior in Civil Engineering at a pretty good university, nothing Prestigious or ticketed but definitely a somewhat high ranked program. Anyways, I’m looking to change my career path into a banking analysts and hope to work my way to investment banking. My plan is to take the GMAT and hopefully get a nice MBA degree from a top university while obtaining a banking internship. Once it ended in late August, they didn't take on ANY intern full time. Been job searching for the past 3 months. Looking for co-op/internship referrals for 4 months starting from fall 2022

Hey y'all! Currently a month away from finishing a design internship at a studio I really love. I DEFINITELY want to stay full time and need some advice on how I can make that happen. They mentioned during my interview that they were looking for interns that they'd wanna hire full-time, but I know that doesn't guarantee it. Is this something I have to bring up to them or will that be awkward? And how would you go about doing it? Will they let me know? Appreciate any advice anyone has!

I did my graduation in Bsc IT in Nov 2020. After that I did a internship and Training in Business Analytics. Although, I belong to IT background my programming & logical skills aren't that good enough.
I am thinking to start my Career in SAP. However, I did consultations, meet people but many of them suggested for SAP ABAP and as ABAP is a pure programming language for SAP.
