Currently exploring and I have no manager path in current org due to legacy members atleast for 4-5 years.

I went into market wanting atleast Lead/manager.

There is an offer from Nasdaq and it is close to 35 fixed. I am at 26 fixed currently.

My goal still remains lead/manager.

Suggestion whether to take and drop papers or wait.

Market is slow and even a serving notice period filter in naukri is not getting calls.

What should be the expected CTC for below role at Deloitte ?

HR said that I appraisal will happen in April 2023 ! Is that true..

I passed out in 2020. Studied a little full stack. While doing that for 1 yr and applying interviews. I finally landed as devops tarine with 1yr bond.the ctc is 1.2 lakh per yr. its been few months.
