About to get promoted at PwC from Associate to Senior Associate (mgmt consulting). I interviewed at Deloitte for a Consultant position, but they’re potentially giving me an offer for BA. I’d essentially be holding out on the promo until next promo cycle. Eventually I had to leave because the salary was very low, later i got into Paytm with same role ( 9 + 1 ctc) work is good but there’s not much responsibility. Luckily after 5 months my previous company manager contacted me saying that they want me back and will be providing me 11.25 ctc including 5% variable. What should I do?
