Need advice! I’m currently up for 2 roles in my career niche. I got an offer yesterday for one of them (tech in a major well-known & beloved corp). I *really* think another is coming this week/next for the other role that I completed final rounds for (blockchain tech). I’d prefer the latter because it’s fully remote & fits my background better but only have until Friday to respond to offer 1. Should I let company 2 know I’ve been offered a role at company 1? How do I approach the recruiter?

Having gone through a very underfunded public school system I felt inadequate and I was able to coast by through college. Though I feel like Im capable now I still feel inadequate sometimes. Thoughts?

Is it okay to share offer letters that we have with other company recruiters? Aren't offer letters strict and confidential. Can we refuse to show the same or what can we do in these situations
