I’ve received an offer from a smaller firm — Scadea Consultancy, Bangalore — for a role with KPMG as the client. The compensation is better than what I’ve been offered by Infosys (~21 LPA), TCS (~23.5 LPA), and even a potential offer from L&T (25+ LPA).
However, the catch is that I’ll be on Scadea’s payroll, not directly with KPMG. While the pay is tempting, I’m unsure about joining a lesser-known company vs. a more stable MNC path.
Anyone faced something similar? Please help yaar

While Indian consulting folks supporting the US folks do the bulk of the analysis, churning out the data and making the ppts, all the US folks do is attend meetings. Most of know basics of neither Alteryx, Power BI nor Tableau, while everyone in India is expected to know all the three. Most of the times we are expected to work till their afternoon (our Midnight)

I’m honestly tired of being at an agency and not feeling as fulfilled as I used with strategy as a career. There’s been some turnover over the last six months at my firm, and I have taken over more files. I’m having a hard time getting ahead of briefing schedules and have been asking for extensions on a lot of recent briefs. In my practice area it’s never really an issue or objected to. I have 6 and half YOE in front end development. (angular and hybrid applications). I joined my current organization ( product based) in Feb for 24LPA. The work here is too stressful and there is absolutely zero WLB. So I decided to start looking out again. However I am not getting good interview calls. Are most companies not hiring now ? Or could it because my CTC is too high ?

I am a ReactJS developer (frontend) with 3.8 years of experience. I currently switched my company but they don't have an opening for ReactJS and kept me on a bench for 3 months and they are telling me now to learn AEM technology and work on the AEM project for now.
They hired me for a package of 16 LPA.
So my questions are is it a good technology to learn? Should I say yes and have a career in it?
Will I get the same package like ReactJS or less? What is future if compared with React?
