Polytechnic Diploma completed in 2012.
Learned UI/UX Design and built a career in the field.
10+ years of UI/UX experience, primarily with startups.
Only 4 years of PF history because several startups didn't deduct PF.
Started a Distance BCA (2024–2026) while working full-time to complete his graduation.

Despite all this, he's getting rejected by many companies.

What should he do now? I'd especially appreciate advice from recruiters or hiring manager
