Senior associate offer from Deloitte (consulting). I have an MBA and two years at PwC. I felt like I got low balled. What is the general range I should negotiate for? (Yes I looked at glassdoor)

I have applied for BA-4 position in Analytics in Barclays Pune. All rounds are cleared, only HR negotiation is left. In the application form I hav filled 24 LPA as preferred salary. My Current CTC is 12 LPA and in this market scenario asking for 100% hike is a norm.

Still, I was wondering
a. if 24 LPA is it too much to ask?

We've had a bunch of customer reports of some text having the same color as the background on some products when the user is configured in X mode. They were totally right. I created a task to change the background color to something more appropriate. I thought it would be trivial, so I assigned it to a junior.

It's taken them 2 weeks to complete. We're still getting customer complaints about it. No one can explain why it took 2 weeks to complete.
