What is the deal with people listening to videos and music on their phones, WITHOUT HEADPHONES, in public spaces?? I’ve seen a huge uptick in this on trains, the tube, in coffee shops, etc. Is this really how self-centered we’ve become? But every time I go into a meeting with a new client, they ignore everything I say. They just want to talk about their product. They don't seem interested in learning how to market it better.

I messed up my screenshare in a meeting with 2 colleagues and showed my personal email that had scheduling info for my onsite interviews with another company. I closed it but it was up long enough for them to see it. Now they both pretend like they saw nothing and I felt panic for some reason. I had joined Harman on 3rd Oct at 27lpa(25.11 fixed + 1.88 var). I was tagged to MBRDI(Mercedes) proj & I gave 3 interviews for same. But now I'm told that I'm being dropped from the Mercedes account as there was a skill set mismatch. I was hired as scrum master but the expectations from client are either should've have dev exp or springboot microservices knowledge. Not sure how do I go about this situation. I'd dropped some higher ctc offers for joining Mercedes Benz at Harman. Kindly advise.

I have been working as BI developer (SQL+ BI Tools) for 4 years and 7 months and recently moved to a tech organization. I plan to do MBA in 2-3 years ISB/IIM(1YR)/M7/T16/etc.
Is this a good move. I am not doing MBA for money but for profile change (strategy or PM),at that time i will have 7-8 YOE.
