I’ve been at a job for a few months and hate it - partners set unrealistic deadlines, micromanage, and create work that truly is not necessary/push urgency when there is no real urgency. I had other offers prior to accepting this job that may still be options, and going back to my old job (for a pay cut) might also be an option. I can’t tell if this is just burnout, growing pains, or just an untenable work environment. Would you ride it out for a year at new job or pursue other options? HELP!

I have recently received an offer letter from PwC and have signed and accepted the offer (via Workday portal).
Now when I check the tasks against the job on workday, I can see no tasks pending and under completed tasks: a green tick against 'review and sign offer letter (step complete)' (and I can see the offer)
I am told that I would receive onboarding emails from HR, but I haven't yet.
My DoJ is in the fourth week of July. When do we generally expect these communications?

To do an ERA or not before transfer is the question. My clinic said currently the recommendation is to only do an ERA with multiple transfer fails, but I’ve read about ERA’s for those with recurrent pregnancy loss as well. Anyone go through this experience?

Hi I'm afraid to take up jobs that require to put a lot of efforts and responsibility. For a context, I'm a 15 yoe developer and I'm still working as lead engineer in my current company . My classmates are product owners , vp s, senior managers etc now. I'm technically not that bad, but am afraid of fulfilling the responsibilities which come along with the role. YOE: 2.5 (started as Business Analyst, now APM II non tech)
Grad: from top2 in tier 1,No MBA.
