Need Opinions on "Technical Lead - L1" Role and Salary Negotiation at Wipro.

I have 8 years of experience (5 years in data science/ML). Wipro interviewed me for a "Gen AI" role, but now they’re offering "Technical Lead - L1" as the Gen AI position is closed.

- Does this "Technical Lead - L1" role involve team leadership, or is it an individual contributor role?
- What salary should I ask? My current CTC is 33 LPA (fixed).

Just saw that Airbnb's salary range for a 2+ years experience Data Scientist in US is 129k -180k USD.
In INR its 95L- 1.4cr. But in India do they pay even 30L to 4 years yoe?
Last year I saw such salary range for 4+ yoe in US. But in India its yet to increase.
In this quarter these companies have started negotiating in the name of US recession. Irony is salary range didn't decrease in the place where the recession is supposed to occur.

I have 6+ yoe in business intelligence(Qlik), SQL. Self taught python up to oops/pandas/re.
