Need some advice.

I cleared 2 rounds of face-to-face interviews at Wells Fargo. After that, HR asked me to share documents, and later I received a HackerRank assessment with 2 coding questions and 5 MCQs.

I completed all the MCQs and solved 1 coding question successfully, but I couldn't fully complete the second coding problem.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? Is it okay to ask HR for a second chance or another opportunity to retake the coding round? Would appreciate any suggestions?

Any good books to read this winter break? On leadership, digital, or any autobiographies?

Tell me your craziest experience working with a TV network. Here comes mine:

I'm American, but my family is mostly Colombian. I was told my aunt and cousins would come here for 2 weeks. I discovered they were going to be paid to appear in a famous Hispanic TV show, where a "judge" receives a case, hears the plaintiffs and defendants and renders a verdict. But of course, it's all fake and payed 😂 turns out she wanted me to go there (even though I don't work for that TV network) so she's sure she'll be paid at the end of the show. Wth did I just do.

How do you get good at thinking on your feet? I find I always need time to think and analyse before being able to answer client queries (even those that are considered simple by others). I don't want to rush and get it wrong. I avoid phone calls for this reason which isn't great when you're in the service industry so it's starting to impact my career.
