Need some advice. Joined a large b2b end user a year ago. Main reasons were to get back into Salesforce and also be remote. I joined a small company during the pandemic when getting multiple offers from startups, tech companies, and Mckinsey as it provided ownership in the company and more upside potential.

I've been working at my company just over a year and am still waiting on my 1 year review where a raise was to be discussed (other EA got raise at 1 year review and most raises happen at yearly reviews). However, company have just changed their policy to only review salaries in Jan (change came in after my year mark).
