I worked at TCS through a third party vendor on the vendor's payroll.
Pros:
- Shorter notice period (not 90 days).
- Lower variable pay component in the CTC.
- Easier release in case you want switch.
Cons:
- There can be discrimination and you may be assigned excessive work compared to permanent employees.
- You may not receive the same level of support as permanent TCS employees.
- Higher chances of layoffs.
- Salary payments(After 5th of the month) may sometimes be delayed.

See, most the options you got as an offer are not very good. In such a case like this if you have a option try cracking few more better offers with good organizations. If not, don't even think of joining TCS as third party and the last offer you are going to get who has 5-10 employees as super high chanches of layoff is there.
You are left with only the 2nd offer with Mid sized startup.
Best of luck.
All of them are risky.
Never ever join TCS in third party payroll. You will be like a puppet. Even TCS full time employees are struggling. Just thin about the 3rd party payroll people.
If you are without job for morethan 3 months than go for TCS!!
