Need Tips to start off on a great note at a new company. I am now in a really great company(over of the best places to work consistently) and want to truly do well here. I am going to manage implementation and roadmap of 3rd party and homegrown recruiting solutions (HRTech space).

That's awesome! Go you. If you're hoping to make a good impression on your team, I'd schedule short 1:1s with each of them to get to know them a little, share a little about yourself, and start getting that connection flowing. Definitely keep it short though. Then maybe a message out to the whole team reiterating that you're excited and open to questions/suggestions as you start taking on the tasks on your plate.

Get to know the people you're working with. Listen more than you speak in the first few weeks, and set solid boundaries early so people know what to expect from you. Don't overcommit, and give yourself time to settle in. It always takes a bit of time to readjust when you start a new position, I'm sure you'll do great!

Software AG (GCS Department) - work will be on Agile Apps (No Code/Low code)
