^ the above has great material if you want to dive deep into option strategies and theory. If you want to be a casual option trader, may be a bit too technical in some areas. I have an older edition and I've enjoyed reading, but I don't have the capital to do a majority of the strategies.
The Bible of Options Strategies. Highly recommend it, and I’m a CFA charterholder.

I’ve found The Options Edge to be a useful primer and helped be really understand the Greeks - even built my own strategy models to help find target prices for options, mispriced options, and probability of profit.
How I Trade Options by Jon Najarian is a lighter read from about 20 years ago, but gives some good insights into a trading mindset. Not that great on how to actually execute, but gives some tactics and rules of thumb.
I may pick up the McMillan book - that looks interesting.
Options Alpha has a decent series of beginner videos
Thanks guys - this is great. Do you recommend any online sources as well that I can refer to while I do some trading? This is more for long term options trading and kes for day trades (time is limited in the consulting world)

I'd sign up for a paper trading account at TDAmeritrade and then do their on-line courses. Starts with simple things like Covered Calls through all the synthetics and Futures Hedging. It's free. Download Thinkorswim platform and the courses lead you through example papertrades as you go.
Good luck.
