Need your insigts: I have been applying for SAP LABS in careers website do many times exactly it's 5 times but my applications were not even pass through resume shortlisted and went to interview stage.

So this time I thought to go with referral hoping for interview call. But it's been 10 days since I applied through referral process however I have not hear back yet.
