Planning to give interview for Snowflake role...how many rounds would be there.. what kind of questions I can expect..

Had a first round interview scheduled for a large CPG brand. My interviewer never called me, and I emailed following up to confirm the call. It’s been over a day and no response. What is going on with recruiters? I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but not even an email back saying “something came up” or “we’ve moved on” ? I’ve been ghosted after every final interview during my recent job search, but never had I been ghosted before even having the first call??

Any advice for understanding whether sourcing would be a good match for your personality/innate skill set?

Im pretty extroverted, I have been told in reviews that I peak in verbal communication, and I have really loved conducting expert interviews in DDs.

However, I’ve worked some sales jobs in the past, and I had a hard time with the variability and staying positive bad times when nothing is sticking.

Has anyone had much luck looking for HR jobs through recruitment agencies? If so, how was your experience and how does it compare to internal recruitment processes?

Question for yall. How likely is an offer once a company decides to do a reference check? I know I am in the final 2, from context clues in interviews. I just dont want to get my hopes up.

I have an offer accepted from Elevance 125k (Anthem) and w a good team and seems that WLB would be ok. Also, Amazon hiring manager wants to interview me for a job. Is just a hiring manager int. so obvi nothing guaranteed. Salary if offered will be more than 150k. My question is should I accept the interview and see where it goes? Got an offer from talentica for around 11 lpa as a software developer.issue is they are giving 2 months to join whereas my notice period is 3 months.
Can someone guide me what to do?
Current ctc- 7.2 lpa
Total exp- 11 months

I kind of feel that the HR I am talking with isn't that approachable. Is this kind of a norm. In VOIS. I am little hesitant to proceed with accepting the job offer from VOIS due to this.
