SPHR exam- has anyone ever been “randomly selected” for an application audit? This just happened to me and the sheer amount of effort that is going to go into collecting all the documents almost makes me not want to follow through. Since I didn’t finish undergrad, they’re asking for a copy of my high school diploma or transcript and that itself is going to be an absolute nightmare to get hold of. I got hired to be the SME on a particular tech platform at my current company. I have more experience on it than my boss does, yet during a code review, he insisted that I delete a section of code that was perfectly functional and shippable and swap in his preferred code. Two hours later, he figured out that the reason why there were more than a few compiler errors in the code was because my code actually worked… smh.

My CD is one big 'Splainie 😡

Asked acct lead whether to include client contact's boss on a 3rd follow up to client contact who's super delayed on getting us materials for deliverable. He then proceeds to tell me...

3rd week on the job, a guy 2 levels below me came into my office and started the conversation with "let me lend you a piece of advice...". As expected, it was not useful advice, he was just a douche.

One of your roommates (and a close friend that you’ve known for years) has a flight to catch. He has a suitcase, a duffle bag (no wheels), and a backpack. In order for him to get to the airport would you:

C) tell him to not be lazy and walk half a mile to the nearest public transportation stop, with all that luggage, and take public transit
