New Publicis Parental Leave policy in 2025?

My husband and I are looking to start a family soon. I always saw our HR team post on LinkedIn when sharing job listings that we have 12-20 weeks of parental leave.

I was looking at the US Publicis handbook and the form to sign up for parental leave. And see the below:

“Eligible employees will receive a maximum of twelve (12) weeks of paid Parental & Family Care Leave pursuant to this policy in any 12 month period.”

Is the max now 12 weeks?
