Generally curious about this years incoming batch of undergrads. What is your role and starting salary? Lots of HR laws ( CA, NY) and inflation this year so curious to see if people were able to use this to their advantage etc.

What's the average salary I can ask for for the role of BA4 Risk Regulatory?

Any one please help me choosing below:

1. Product based company with good pay for support role
2. Service based company with a bit less pay for developer role may be ( Currently I am working in a service based company for development role)

Please give me a rough estimate on how much hike we can expect in my annual salary revision. I expected 8LPA when I joined. They gave me 5LPA with a promise of revision in 3months after joining. They inc it to 7.75LPA after 4m and during appraisal cycle gave 25k 11months to make it to 8LPA. In Oct my hike is due, so I would to like negotiate my hike. Does anyone have a broader idea on this, It is mentioned that it will be divided and payed out Quarterly. But is there any chances for revoking this component from my package?

I have an offer from a startup with fixed 22 LPA.
Around what will be the in hand?
No epf is getting deducted, existing employees of the start up said so.

My father took a home loan, and the same home is kept as mortgage.
I'm paying arround 22k emi for the same but unable to exempt tax as the loan is on my father's name.

I googled a lot how to transfer it but neither gift deed nor sale deed would work as the property is on mortgage that's under bank's ownership (until loan is fulfilled).
Tax is also getting deducted, I'm paying hefty emis.
What can I do?
