Newly promoted MD at Accenture in discussions with EY for a Partner position. However I heard mixed messages from recruiter and different partners throughout the interviews. One of them mentioned that it’s an MD position, which for me is a no-go. What’s wrong with EY? I spoke to other people and heard that this lack of clarity in the process is very common.

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

I recently had an interview with HCL and cleared 2 rounds of technical interview. I waited for a week for HR call but no such call was received. I then contacted the POC who scheduled the interview (he is an HCL employee) and he said that I have been shortlisted and will receive HR call shortly.
