Weird question, but...

I am a consultant from Kazakhstan specializing in banking. I've done projects in IT transformations and retail banking strategies in post-USSR. I am trying to expand my network and thus would love to meet people from banks or fintech for a 0.5-1 hour coffee chat, in return I can tell you how retail banking business has been developing in CIS region(e.g., Russian retail banking is/was 5-10 years ahead of USA/Europe). I will be in NY in H2 June

I’m responsible for strategy, comms and key partnerships for a bank product. It reports through Customer Experience but touches product, Ops. marketing. It’s basically a Project Manager role but more nuanced.

What’s the average salary for a manger in FinTech. My wife is a Manager in FinTech and earns 95k base with a 10% bonus. Is that competitive? I hear that this field is getting hot and curious to know if she’s potentially leaving money on the table by not moving elsewhere.
