Attacks ad hominem are not a good look, S2. If you have a beef with a specific claim, say so plainly. I am a former employee who has remained very close to the situation and there's nothing in that article that surprises me, or is even that controversial IMO. Marc's allhands have been mostly shambolic since the start of the pandemic at minimum and that's just the public-facing manifestation of the other problems outlined in the article.
