Novartis recently posted a few roles for their Insights and Decision Science (IDS) team, especially at the executive director level. Does anyone have insight into what this team is about including how they're perceived in the organization, the temperature (and temperament) of the team, WLB, etc.? Happy to chat in the DMs if needed. Also, if anyone is willing to refer me to a role at NVS, please DM me. I would love to chat.

How do I learn more about this team. Any insights?
This is an entirely new division that’s been created recently. The purpose is to centralize all Insights and Analytics (including Data and Platforms) under a single umbrella.
