Now a days there is no professional behaviour at all in Indian IT sector.HRs just playing game with me saying that We need immediate joiners and also they never give time of 30 to 45 days Notice period.Just they are saying join immediately within 15 days.Then in current company we need to serve 90 days mandatorily.Happens only in Indian IT sector.They know only to play tricky games with me.But don’t know how work professionally.Sorry to say this.But it happened to me in real life

Just 15 days....I interviewed for an organisation on 6th and they said that they needed an immediate joiner, took my documents and everything...however there has been no salary discussion and whenever I reach them out for an update they say that you will get a call in next 2 days.. it's really very disappointing

You are not the only one, everyone is facing this. I am seeing this last 5 years now and it will be going to remain in future as there is no strict rules for this in indian IT

Junior associate here, should I ask for more money if my firm is about 10-15 percent less hours but about 30 percent less pay? The gap will never be closed to the top pay scale at my firm but when I decided to come to this firm the pay difference was about 15 percent and not 30.
