*Off topic* Yesterday my WhatsApp business account got banned. I never breached any policies or violated any terms and conditions. There is no reason for anyone to report me as well. This account was used only for my work contacts and groups for about 5 years now. I tried support but it's just an automated message initially and now no response. How can WhatsApp just ban someone with no reason and give no support or a chance to prove innocence. Can anyone help me reactivate my account? Whatsapp

When I spoke with HR she said that their was some confusion and with name and they have send wrong offer letter but except my CTC and joining date everything was same my email id, my home address everything.
