Yeah, you and me both have anxiety over AI Mr. CEO, just for completely different reasons. I will say it is something that isn’t going anywhere so keep up to date as much as we can and try to predict what’ll be happening next. Hopefully it’ll make things easier, but I’m not so sure.

I never have implemented Einstein Next Best Action / Sales Cloud Einstein or whatever they called it; not by choice, just never had a project that called for it nor has it ever been a priority for any executive I've worked with. I'm planning the same for generative AI/prompt builder. These types of bells and whistles are mostly to sell licenses IMO.

I agree with you 100% for the og Einstein features like next best action. But I have seen a lot of requirements that are a great fit for prompt builder and it’s pretty easy to configure even with a flow for child objects. AI has taken up a lot of media space but Generative AI is genuinely great at tasks that weren’t feasible earlier.
