Ok. So after a lot of back and forth, I have an offer from Microsoft . But the Level in the offer is Level 62. As much as I remember, I interviewed for Level 63 Lead solution architect role. They have already made it clear they can't match my salary (infact they are offering me 25% less than my existing) and now they say the Level for this role has always been 62. I don't think it's worth accepting it. I have 15 years experience. Any thoughts? Is it ok to accept at level 62?

Does anyone that does CE SA feel like the role has become a Jr BA role? Over my career config seems to be less and less and user story creation seems like 80% of the job.
