I would say we are at a solid six. We talk a big game about supporting culture collaboration and growth, but those things tend to be the first out the window when things get busy. We are working on figuring out how to make cultural support and growth a bigger priority, but we're just so busy.

I get that, it’s hard when everyone’s so busy but at times it needs to be done
Maybe a 4. We used to be a lot better about it, but work culture has gone downhill the past three years and management is not interested in doing anything about it. It has turned into one of those workplaces where you just keep your head down, get your work done, and go home.

Oh no that don’t sound very positive, I would try and get the work ethic back up before it slopes down too far you can’t bring it back - if that’s possible
It’s pretty cutthroat here. I would rate it a 2.5 maybe. Fostering growth and camaraderie is not our strength over here.

would give my team a 7. We work well together and share knowledge, but I still see silos forming at times. Collaboration is talked about a lot, but it takes effort to keep it alive every day.
