Our vp (from dell) brought in a new director from dell and now the director is bringing in 3 sr managers L7 from dell. I’m an L6 and will be reporting to this dell crowd now. Seems quite tribal at this point , like a dell takeover. Anyone been in such situation where a leader comes in and brings their own crew? What happens to the old team ? Do they get leap frogged

Which company is better in terms of job security, work life balance. That's the top most factor I am considering.
