Paid hospital bills for my brother's operation and asked for bill, but manager of hospital told me that he will face 10% loss if he gives me bill. I am a person who always follow correct path. May be this bill won't be of any use for me in future, but still i want it bcz i paid huge amount for operation. But manager asked me cross questions like why do I need bill and my personal stuff etc which i didn't like. I need this bill peacefully bcz i have to visit same hospital for further treatment.

Curious to know what other firm's bonus structures are, particularly those with billable requirements of 1900 and below. Trying to understand what the norm is and figure out if associates at my firm are getting screwed. thanks

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

Between director of respected technology is reaching me and he wants me to join ASAP and take over the project work.
