Parents in sales - does reducing hours actually reduce your stress? I'm drowning with three elementary-aged kids and a full sales load. Tried switching from field to inside, avoiding leadership tracks, more WFH days, but still feeling stretched thin. For those who negotiated part-time quotas, is it worth it? Or did you end up with the same pressure in fewer hours?
