2021 Headwinds and Tailwinds. What are the thoughts as the fiscal year closes out? I'm seeing 2021 as likely more punishing given the lack of visibility and the fact we may have diminished economic activity for 2 to 3 quarters. I have little visibility into how comp will be impacted but can only imagine lots of early retirement zoom parties. Thoughts?

Just made a lateral move to a banking job at a larger bank and started the new role completely remote. I’m an associate and have been doing analyst level work and have been getting crushed with hours. it’s made me realize I care more about work life balance. Thinking about a career move but not sure where to start. Thinking IR or maybe Corp dev. Anyone else go through a similar switch or have any advice?
