I resigned Epam Anywhere last week because I am on bench since 2.5 month , package in EPAM Anywhere was 32.40 lpa fixed .

Started looking outside and got opportunities.

Two offers:

Citi bank- 3277000 fixed

Mastercard- 308000(including 2.80lakhs variable)

I am really confused between these two companies, I heard WLB is very good in Mastercard, but again their salary difference is too much.

Kindly suggest its Urgent.

Is Deloitte a staff aug organization? I’m interviewing with them and my last two consulting companies I worked with were glorified staffing agencies disguised as true consulting. EAs who manage people / have direct reports -- did your title change when you took on people management? What is your official title now?

(Context - trying to decide what title to recommend for EAs in our org who now manage people. Currently, we have multiple levels, but all EAs have the "Executive Assistant" title regardless of seniority / level / manager status.)

When I am looking at an email attachment in Outlook it shows the Google Chrome logo but when I open, it opens in Adobe which is what I want. Even though it is opening an Adobe, my boss would like it to show the Adobe icon instead of chrome next to the attachment… anyone know how to do this ?

Does anyone have a preferred car service company? I am looking for a service that can consistently provide traveler alerts such as when car has arrived, passenger is on board, trip competed, etc. across US cities. I started a new job as an “office manager” at the end of January. The duties seem to align more with those of an EA, and I’m ok with that. Except my boss is a control freak. He scolds me over every little thing, how I load the dishwasher, maybe I didn’t push my chair in. Last week he told me I needed to work on my appearance. I was shocked. I bought all new clothes from Ann Taylor that are perfectly acceptable for business casual. He hates me. Move on ASAP or try to stick it out ?

How many hours a week are you working? I’m generally clocking about 50-60 and I’m exhausted. I’m busy, but it’s mostly because no one I work with has any boundaries.
