Looking at comments, it seems 11-20%, which is decent, and in fact, is a good hike compared to others who are still stuck at single digit.

It's been of no use. No matter what hike they gave. The micromanagement is at its peak. So attrition will decide whether hike is good or management is good

Variable pay is just 4.6%. if we work for service based companies also. They will pay variable pay of 80% of 10% variable and hike 5-8%. Looks like both matched. No difference as product based here compared to service based

Here variable pay was mentioned 5%
When giving 4.6% it is already 92% of variable pay mentioned in the offer letter.

Yes, I have seen 18% and 20% for less ctc folks say like <10L

Hi All,

Join birlasoft one month back, but didn't get any project yet. Till now gave two client round perform well in both but afterwards didn't get any kind of response from RMG. RMG people are also not too interactive, they hardly respond to the pings.

Feeling a bit uncomfortable now as in my 8years career it is happening the first time that I am idle for a whole month, also there is no one to interact with. This whole atmosphere is now making me loose my confidence.
