Got 11. I heard few got 15 16... not sure how the numbers are decided as no rating discussion happened.
Looks like they did a bit of normalization
Yes, could be
Looking at comments, it seems 11-20%, which is decent, and in fact, is a good hike compared to others who are still stuck at single digit.
Rising Star
It's been of no use. No matter what hike they gave. The micromanagement is at its peak. So attrition will decide whether hike is good or management is good

Variable pay is just 4.6%. if we work for service based companies also. They will pay variable pay of 80% of 10% variable and hike 5-8%. Looks like both matched. No difference as product based here compared to service based
Here variable pay was mentioned 5%
When giving 4.6% it is already 92% of variable pay mentioned in the offer letter.
I got 12%. One even got 20% and yeah not sure on how numbers are decided as no rating discussions happened as mentioned in previous comment
Yes, I have seen 18% and 20% for less ctc folks say like <10L
Not sure if any higher ctc folks got that
What's the number?
Got 10%. May be the lower for Grade E
Yeah its 15 plus.
I am interested to know how the numbers are decided... not sure if they ll share us the ratings or not.
