They currently have both systems running and have different teams in different systems (some teams in both). The customer service team was told explicitly not to inform their customers about this change. The executive team has sunk so much time and money into Blue Yonder with absolutely zero returns. An executive even said privately: "We have to make it work. A lot of people will be cut if Blue Yonder doesn't pay off." The new system is causing dozens of issues that have been felt in every department, and I imagine the customers. Should I post the list of customers that have currently been transitioned into Blue Yonder without notice to the customer? What is the legality of that?
There has been such a downfall in terms of how the company acts. Used to be fun to work at Pegasus. Now it's like a regime stands over the employees, degrades them, makes changes that make no sense at all and then lies to customers.
