What would you do? I took sick time for half a day about a month or so ago. Couldn’t clock out appropriately because my keyboard had broken right as I was shutting everything down. Texted my boss to let him know and made arrangements the next day with a new keyboard to make sure that time was accounted for appropriately. However, I find out later that my coworker had somehow gotten ahold of my time clock info and had been using it for years to check on my clock in/out times and saw that I (1)

Hadn’t clocked out the day previously and tried to report me to my manager for time clock theft. My manager was the one who told me what she had done and showed me the text message to prove it. When confronted, my coworker denied the accusation and tried to blame it all on my manager. I addressed these concerns with my manager and he blew me off like it wasn’t a big deal and said “these situations tend to blow up more than they need to with women”. I then asked him to look into why my coworker had my time clock info and he told me he lied to HR about his inquiry to help protect my coworker from repercussions she would have faced for logging into my account without my knowledge.

So, recently got put on a PIP after six months at my new job., two days after I told my boss and HR I recently learned I have a cognitive disability caused by an illness. The PIP was mostly because I forgot some deadlines, but also they said I need to be more professional in emails (even though others use zero punctuation and a lot of emojis. To clients.) and simultaneously ask more questions and ask fewer questions. Should I just assume this is unattainable and look for a new job again?

My dad who lives in Asia just announced that he had a medical issue. I’m starting to enter the age where I’m going to take care of him financially. It’s a $2,000 hospital bill which in the US is nothing compared to what it represents there (which he can’t afford). He’s going to be fine! Just wanted to share with this group as many of you can understand what it feels like to support your parents when they’re old, not the other way around. I feel so blessed I can help him. 🙏🏽

Hi everyone,
So I had my NIPT and NT scans last week and I’ve been getting pieces of the results back from my doctor in the patient portal. All seems okay but I’m a bit confused. Does anyone know if FirstScreen is the same thing as NIPT? I was under the impression that NIPT was in 90th percent of certainty for Down syndrome but the result we got, labeled FirstScreen indicate 83% certainty so I’m confused if there are more results coming? I messaged the doctor but haven’t heard back yet.

Hey Fishes,
Been working at D India as a Manager (Not USI) for past few months.
Ask me anything as there are very few reviews available online.
To clear few misconceptions
1. Global projects are available here
2. They've started mentioning Bonus, Gratuity amount etc in offer letter
3. Work life balance depends on Project and managers you work with
4. Inside opportunities if you're the creamy layer
5. PF amount in offer letter is the total deduction and not just company's contri

Do you prefer:
