Something has been bothering me for a long time and I want to get it off my chest.

My firm does upward feedback and I asked about 10 of my team to participate so that I could be a better supervisor for them. My results: I got mostly great feedback with constructive points, however along with it I received the meanest, most cold hearted criticism I’ve ever seen (con’t in comments).

I am finishing up a project and I’m trying to document what I’ve done for my resume. What are some good metrics for someone who mainly created user stories, created dashboards, interacted with the client and developed statistical models? I’ve been interviewing at an agency with the intention of filling a Director role. Recruitment reached out soon after my last meet-and-greet interview (about 6 to 7 people total) to tell me the team thinks I would be best suited for an Associate Director role with a fast follow of a Director promotion.

Recruitment can’t tell me what feedback is creating this gap but also won’t stop mentioning the positive praise and feedback the team had for me.

I completed 4 years in JPMC , every year I got double digit hikes >12%, and bonuses >3 lakh and increasing . last year I got promoted to 602 with bonus >5 lakh, I am getting interesting offers outside should I stay or leave ? Also, I need 11+ likes to unlock my dm . Please like 🙏
